Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Lab Diamonds Hub, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for lab-grown diamonds and jewelry.
1. Eligibility Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags/seals intact.
2. Items Eligible for Return
- Loose lab-grown diamonds (with original IGI/GIA certificate).
- Ready-to-ship jewelry (not customized), in original packaging with all accessories and paperwork.
Important: Any tamper-evident seal, security tag, or stone-setting seal must be intact. Removed or broken seals void eligibility.
3. Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry (including bespoke designs, CAD/3D approvals).
- Engraved or personalized items.
- Resized items (except initial resizing performed by us where stated).
- Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original certificate/packaging.
- Gift cards.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@labdiamondshub.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- Unboxing details (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund after assessment.
5. Return Authorization (RMA) & How to Start
- Email support@labdiamondshub.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back fully insured, with tracking and signature required.
- Include all documents (IGI/GIA certificate, appraisal if any, accessories, packaging).
- Returns without an RMA or missing documentation may be refused.
6. Shipping & Risk
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- You are responsible for the item until received and inspected by us; please ship insured with tracking.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
7. Inspection & Refunds
- All returns pass quality inspection (condition, tamper seals, certificates).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- If the original diamond certificate is missing or damaged, a replacement fee may apply (charged by the grading lab).
8. Exchanges & Resizing
If you wish to exchange for a different diamond or setting, contact us within the 30-day window; we’ll guide you on availability and pricing differences.
Initial ring resizing may be included on eligible models (see product page). Additional or complex resizing may incur a fee.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version displayed at checkout is the most current.
