• In-stock items (loose diamonds, ready-to-ship jewelry) are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 2–4 weeks for production prior to shipping.
• Each order undergoes a final quality inspection before leaving our facilities.
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Carriers & Insurance

• We ship exclusively with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
• All shipments are fully insured until signed for by the recipient.
• A signature upon delivery is required for security reasons.

3. Delivery Times (Estimated)

• Canada (Quebec & Ontario): 2–5 business days
• Other Canadian Provinces: 3–7 business days
• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs and local carriers)

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and may vary due to weather, customs, or courier volume.

4. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply. These costs are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact support@labdiamondshub.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos and details

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.

6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
• Lab Diamonds Hub is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
