1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account details updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms.

2. Product Information & Illustrations

  • Lab Diamonds Hub strives to provide accurate descriptions of all lab-grown diamonds and jewelry.
  • Images, colors, sizes, and packaging are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may differ slightly.
  • All products are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees (calculated at checkout).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • By placing an order, you authorize Lab Diamonds Hub to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
  • We use secure and reputable payment processors; you must ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders in stock are processed promptly, typically within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
  • Delivery times depend on destination, customs, and carrier availability.
  • Once goods leave our facilities, the carrier assumes responsibility. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit unless due to our negligence.
  • You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard jewelry and diamonds may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with certificates and documents included.
  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to stated terms and cannot always be combined.
  • Special offers may be time-limited and subject to availability.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

  • What we collect: name, billing/shipping addresses, email, phone, payment info, order history, and communication history.
  • Automated collection: cookies, analytics, IP address, and device/browser data.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lab Diamonds Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain issues, etc.).

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

16. Amendments & Effective Date

  • We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting.
  • The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
  • Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
